Please use this form to submit a new application, administrative request, or inquiry directly to the Board of Directors and Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

  • Have Your Supporting Documents Ready: Most architectural submissions require digital uploads such as property survey plot plans, blueprints, or color/material specifications.
  • Review Timeline: Architectural and covenant requests are reviewed within 15 days of full submission. Construction or installation may not begin until formal written approval is issued.
  • Tracking Your Request: Once submitted, you can log back into this portal at any time to check the status of your ticket, answer committee questions, or download your official approval letter.
